A doctor who had just got back to India from London was cheated by two men who claimed to be sorcerers and sold him Aladdin’s magical lamp for a whopping $300,000, promising it will fulfill all his wishes without the much-needed hard work and that it will make him a billionaire.

Wonder where Doc got that degree?

We may not be seeing Clemson QB Trevor Lawrence  this coming Saturday when the Tigers face Notre Dame after a positive COVID-19 test last week but you can expect to see him in next years’ NFL Draft. This is not a halloween trick.

A New York City man fell in a giant sinkhole while waiting for a bus. The concrete he was standing on gave way sending him 15 feet into the ground. When he landed, he couldn’t move and was covered in rats. He didn’t scream because he didn’t want the rats going in his mouth. It took firefighters about 30 minutes to retrieve him. He’s recovering at a local hospital.

This might be the most patriotic story EVER!

A central Florida woman was on the way to the hospital to have a baby, but she insisted her husband make a quick pit stop first. She had him stop at the Supervisor of Elections Office in Orlando so she could vote. Her hubby said she refused to go to the hospital until she cast her ballot.

GOD BLESS THE USA!

In Great Britain, betfair.com has seen the 2020 Presidential Election become the biggest event in their history, pulling in over $300 million in bets so far…and it’s expected to surpass $500 million before it’s all said and done.

Currently, the odds have Joe Biden as a -180 favorite – meaning that a $180 bet would win you $100 if Biden pulls out a victory. President Trump is going off as a +160 underdog – meaning that a $100 bet would win you $160 if Trump is re-elected.

In food news & a story we feel never goes away, The McRib sandwich is making another come back at McDonald’s. Mark December 2nd on your calendar. For the first time since 2012, the McRib will make a national rollout.

In Canada, “Project Green Sweep” was a three-month investigation by authorities which saw 15 sites raided to curb illegal marijuana production and distribution. At one of those sites, north of Toronto, cops got a little more than they bargained for. In addition to confiscating $150 million in illicit pot, they also found three kangaroos and two zebras. Carol Baskin was not available for comment!
