Stark, Carroll, More at CDC Indoor Mask-Wearing Recommendation Level

ATLANTA, Georgia (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Stark and several other local counties remain in recommended-mask-wearing territory according to the CDC.
Stark, Carroll, Wayne and Portage Counties are at “substantial” transmission of the coronavirus.
A few other Ohio counties are at “high” transmission.
Several larger store chains are bringing back mask requirements, like Giant Eagle starting on Friday.
