Stark Fair: Animal Sales, Kids Day, Truck and Tractor Pulls

CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – The Stark County Fair continues through the weekend.

County Commissioner Bill Smith tells WHBC News that Saturday is a favorite day for him on Wertz Avenue NW in Canton.

He’ll be attending the hog sale in the morning and steer sale in late afternoon.

Meantime, it’s Kids Day at the fair on Friday.

Admission for children six to 17 is two dollars.

Of course, kids five and under are always free.

There are truck and tractor pulls in the grandstand Friday night and Saturday night.

Ticket prices above and beyond the admission price are twelve dollars.

Same for pit passes.
