Survey Says: Canton-Massillon Homes Selling Fast

SANTA MONICA, California (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Trying to buy a house in the Canton-Massillon metropolitan area?
So are a lot of other people, apparently.
A new study shows that among midsize metro areas, Canton-Massillon ranks 10th for fastest sales.
Columbus is in the top 15 among larger metros.
They say where the average U.S. house is on the market for 65 days, in our area, it’s just 44 days.
