TCSO: Homeless Man Found Dead, Foul Play Not Suspected

NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Foul play is not suspected in the death of a homeless man just outside New Philadelphia last week.
The body of the 32-year-old man was found near the Tuscarawas River off 4th Street Extension.
Investigators believe alcohol and the cold weather contributed to the man’s death.
A final determination of cause could take a few months.
