Teen Attention Center Escapee Still Being Sought

CANTON TWP., Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A 15-year-old Columbus boy remains at large after escaping from the Multi-County Juvenile Correction Center on Faircrest Street SW in Canton Township last week.

The teen managed to climb a 12-foot high barbed wire fence, then eventually steal a vehicle and escape.

It’s believed he was headed back to Columbus.

The youth was being held on charges of carrying a concealed weapon.
