Three Businesses Robbed this Afternoon in Akron

AKRON (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Akron Police are investigating a trio of robberies that they believe were committed by the same suspects. All three took place from 12:30 to 3 PM this afternoon.
Businesses including the Subway on Kenmore BLVD, 3 Guys Pizza Pies on East Tallmadge Ave and the Circle K on Newton Street were all robbed at gunpoint.
The suspect was described as a 5’8 black male with a medium build. The second suspect’s description is unkown but was driving a white, Chevy sedan as the getaway car.
