Three Sentenced in Akron Shooting Death of Young Mother-to-Be

AKRON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Sentencing day Tuesday for three more Akron men who admitted to their involvement in the shooting death of a young mother-to-be in April of last year.

Darrion Rackley got 34 to 39-and-a-half years and both Antonil Walker and Jeremiah Williams got 20 to 24 years for the shooting death of 21-year-old Teyaurra Harris.

She was a passenger in a car that had pulled over on Rockaway Street.

She was shot in the head.

Walker is just 17 years old.

The three had pleaded earlier to involuntary manslaughter charges.

Two other men are doing time for aggravated assault convictions.

One more defendant is set for a pre-trial later this month.
