TimkenSteel: Sales Down, Loss Reported for 4th Quarter

CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – TimkenSteel reports sales were down and there was a net loss in the 4th quarter of 2022.
Net sales were $245 million, with a loss of $65 million, though the company made money for the full year.
They pointed to production output and “safety performance” as disappointing.
A deadly explosion stopped production at the Faircrest plant for a time during the summer.
