Two Canton South Students Charged in Monday Incident

CANTON TWP., Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Two 16-year-old Canton South High School students are facing assault charges after an incident in the boy’s bathroom on Monday.
The victim was slapped and punched in the face after being called a “snitch” in videos of the incident made by students and circulated on social media.
A few in the group urged the others to stop…
Canton Local Schools Superintendent Brett Yeagley called it a “disturbing incident”.
The district and Stark County Sheriff’s Office are investigating.
