One of them is reportedly near collapse.

Most of the impact including damaged roads and water rescues were from South Wooster to Apple Creek.

There was still active flooding Monday morning in Apple Creek.

The Prairie Lane Lake Park campground was under a mandatory evacuation.

Some 400 people were told to leave.

No injuries were being reported.
