US Chamber: Connecticut is Richest State, Ohio at #28

WASHINGTON, DC (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – The U.S Chamber of Commerce has ranked the richest states in terms of 2018 per-capita income, poverty, state and local government spending and more.
Ohio ends up in the middle of the pack at 28.
Connecticut is way out in front, while Mississippi is last.
Generally, Northeast states did well, and Midwest states were in the middle.
