USAO: North Canton Man Ripped Off Government Health Programs

(News/Talk 1480 WHBC) – An official with a locally-based X-ray services firm has been indicted for defrauding Medicare and Medicaid of $2 million.
55-year-old Thomas O’Lear of North Canton faces 25 federal counts of health care fraud.
He’s the president of Portable Radiology Services.
The U.S. Attorney’s office in Cleveland says between 2013 and 2017, O’Lear billed the federal agencies 151 times on behalf of patients who were deceased.
