Vance on CNN: ‘Creating Stories’ to Spotlight Immigration Crisis

WASHINGTON, DC (News Talk 1480- WHBC) – U.S. Senator from Ohio and Republican vice presidential nominee JD Vance claims some of what we are hearing out of Springfield Ohio comes from constituents.

He’s also saying that the Trump campaign’s overriding concern is the large influx of people from Haiti, saying on CNN’s State of the Union that he’s “creating stories”.

That could be taken as making things up, or as working to get legitimate information to the media.

Attention given to the city has been followed by bomb threats at city buildings, schools and even hospitals, but Vance says that’s not on him.

Springfield leaders continue to say there’s nothing illegal or unsavory going on there.
