Bad Combination: Dogs and July 4th Fireworks

CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – The heat, humidity and fireworks.

It’s not a good combination this weekend for dogs.

The Stark County Humane Society says if you can’t be there with your “best friend” during peak fireworks times, place them in an interior room with noise distractions like a radio and fan.

Better yet, try to stay home with them during the peak of the pyrotechnics.

Also, remember to supply plenty of water for your “pups”.
