Canton Man Arrested on Rape Charge, Victim is Young Child

CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – The 50,000th arrest in the 18-year history of the U.S Marshal Service’s Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force ends up being a Canton man.
30-year-old Brannon Newell is charged with rape.
The victim was just three years old according to jail records.
The marshal service says they arrested Newell Tuesday at his Maple Avenue NE home without incident.
