Dominion Pipeline Replacement Moves to NW Canton
CANTON, Ohio (News/Talk 1480 WHBC) – Dominion Energy Ohio starts a $3.2 million project the week of October 7 to replace 21,000 feet of bare steel pipe with a plastic line in parts of NW Canton.
The work will be done on Wertz, Broad and Clarendon Avenues NW, between 4th and 13th Streets NW.
Several intersecting streets and alleys are included in the project.
It should be done by year’s end.
Dominion will also replace service lines up to the meter for 400 customers in those areas.
The company says it also will assume responsibility for these service lines
They will notify customers 24 to 48 hours in advance of the service line replacement work.
