Eight of ‘Horrible Hundred’ Puppy Breeders in Stark Area

COLUMBUS, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – The Humane Society of the U.S. is out with its annual Horrible Hundred list of the worst on-record puppy breeders, and nine are from Ohio, with eight of those in counties adjacent to Stark.
The list has two breeders from Sugarcreek, two from Dundee, two from Baltic, and one each from Apple Creek and East Palestine.
The Humane Society says you should never buy a puppy from a pet store or from a breeder you are not familiar with.
