SCSO: Arrest in California for Bar Shooting Death

(News/Talk 1480 WHBC) – An arrest in that fatal shooting of a bar manager one week ago.

25-year-old Deny King was arrested without incident in California Wednesday afternoon, according to the Stark County Sheriff’s Office.

He has residences in both Canton and Moreno Valley, California.

King is accused of gunning down 41-year-old Jason Calhoun in the doorway of the Brick City Lounge on 8th Street NE in Canton Township.

The sheriff’s office will work to extradite King to Ohio.
