Second Man Arrested in New Phila Killing

CLEVELAND, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A second Canton man has been arrested in connection with the killing of a New Philadelphia man two weeks ago.
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force picked up 22-year-old Tequan Franklin in Cleveland, charged with complicity to murder.
19-year-old Sajjaad Butler is also charged.
22-year-old Gaven Carlisle is the victim.
