Akron Police Still Searching for Suspect in House Shooting

AKRON (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Thankfully no one was injured in a shooting that took place early this morning in an area near the university of Akron’s campus.
Police reported to a shots fired call in the 600 block of Sherman Street just before 1 AM. Upon arrival, the two victims, both females the age of 20, said they heard multiple gunshots and ran into their bathroom for safety.
After an investigation, officers found that four bullets struck and damaged an upstairs window. Police say there is no suspect at this time.
