Akron: Woman Arrested After Trying to Hit Boyfriend with Car

AKRON (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – An Akron woman was arrested last night after police say she attempted to hit her boyfriend with her car.
Officers say 48 year old Julie Austin allegedly got into her vehicle and drove it at her 41 year old boyfriend multiple times during an argument at their home located in the 2100 block of 8th Street SW.
Austin did not hit the victim on either of her attempts. She was arrested on charges of Felonious Assault and Domestic Violence when officers arrived just after 9 PM.
