Akron Woman Escapes Kidnapping Attempt

AKRON (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A 20 year old Akron woman was luckily able to escape a kid napping attempt which took place yesterday at around 5 PM.

She says a man driving a light blue minivan pulled up on the curb next to her after she got off the bus in the area of Spicer and Gage Street.

He allegedly got out of the vehicle and attempted to pull her in. After failing to do so, he told the woman that he would killer her if she told anyone.

The suspect was described as a middle eastern male with dark hair and a large build between the ages of 25-35.
