SUMMIT COUNTY (News talk 1480 WHBC) – Beginning tomorrow morning, I-77 from Shuffel St to the Summit County line, there will be various lane restrictions from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. for pavement repairs. Motorists can expect delays.
