Canton Has New Economic Development Director on Board

CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Canton has a new economic development director as of Monday.

The city says Eugene Norris will take the position vacated by Fonda Williams when he took a job with a public/private development group with offices in Canton.

Norris was program director for the Stark County Minority Business Association.

Mayor Tom Bernabei in a news release says he “brings firsthand knowledge of Canton and Stark County”.
