End Date of Massillon’s “Streetscape” Project Moved Back

MASSILLON (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Massillon City Council was informed last night that a highly anticipated end of a downtown beautification project needed just a bit more time to be completed. Less than a week to be exact.
This Friday marks 90 days of construction on the screetscape project taking place on Lincoln way. While work is nearly completed, contracted Massillon engineer Jason Popiel says the overall finished date is now being pushed back to October 31 due to a few unforeseen circumstances during construction.
