Glass City Wants to Help Residents With Big Medical Bills

TOLEDO, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC and ONN) – The city of Toledo wants to help residents overwhelmed by medical bills.
The city council plan has them partnering with a company to buy a block of medical debt at a reduced rate.
For residents to qualify, that debt would need to be greater than five-percent of annual income.
