Judge Puts Hold on State’s Gender Bill

COLUMBUS, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A Franklin County common pleas judge has temporarily blocked implementation of Ohio’s gender bill.
House Bill 68 is sidelined for at least two weeks.
The bill outlaws certain gender-affirming treatments for minors.
Next, the judge could put a longer preliminary injunction in place or let the law take effect.
