OSP: Elderly California Man Dead in Nimishillen Crash on Monday

NIMISHILLEN TWP., Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A California man was killed in an rear-ender accident on Route 62 in Nimishillen Township Monday afternoon.
The state patrol was told by witnesses that 80-year-old John Diamond Sr’s SUV did not slow down before it slammed into the rear of a tractor trailer rig stopped for the traffic light at 62 and California Avenue NE.
The truck driver was not injured.
