Parades for this Weekend’s Big Game Set for Friday

CANTON (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – While many will be in attendance when Massillon and McKinley kickoff at 2 PM on Saturday, other festivities are set to begin earlier in the week.
Both schools will hold a parade through their downtown areas on Friday. McKinley’s will begin at 5 PM on market avenue north at Tuscarawas Street and end at the civic center. Market Avenue will be closed from 4:30 PM until the event ends around 7.
Massillon’s parade will then begin at 7 at Lincoln Way East and 8th Street. It will travel down the newly renovated Lincoln Way East toward first street and end at the Recreation Center.
