State Funding Headed to Heartland Behavioral Health

MASSILLON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – The check is being written for $630,000 for improvements at a state-owned facility for the mentally ill in Massillon.

State Rep Scott Oelslager says Heartland Behavioral Health patients will be safer with some of the upgrades being made.

Electrical and roof repairs will also be made.

The State Controlling Board released the funding this week.
