State: Over 1.4 Million Absentee Ballot Applications Received by Boards of Elections

COLUMBUS, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Over 1.4 million absentee ballot applications have been received at county Board of Elections offices around the state, according to Secretary of State Frank LaRose.
That’s well ahead of where we were at this time in the 2016 election.
Over 44,000 applications have been recorded at the Stark County elections office.
