Youngstown Man Sentenced 10 Years for Fatal Car Crash

SUMMIT COUNTY (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A Youngstown man was sentenced to 10 years in prison for a deadly car crash back in December of 2018.
20 year old Timothy Goforth pleaded guilty in May to all the charges he faced in the death of 53 year old Stacey McGinnis.
He killed the mother three in a car accident on December 7, while running from police in a stolen vehicle. Gororth must serve eight years of his sentence before he is eligible for any type of early release.
