Trailing 16-12 with 5:21 left in the ball game, the Browns quarterback led his team on a 10 play, 82 yard drive that ended with Mayfield and Higgins connecting from 7 yards out for the score.

Mayfield finished with 238 yards passing, 2 touchdowns and no turnovers.

Nick Chubb led the team in rushing with 116 yards on the ground.

Jarvis Landry caught 9 passes for 97 yards and a first quarter touchdown.

Kareem Hunt playing in his first game of the season after being suspended for the first 8 games of the season contributed 74 yards of total offense, running and catching the ball.

Freddie Kitchens team improved to (3-6) on the year, while Buffalo fell to (6-3).
