WASHINGTON, DC (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – An Akron tiremaker looks to be impacted by a new EPA rule.
200 chemical plants across the country are being required to reduce emissions as the result of production of certain chemicals like chloroprene. which is used to make synthetic rubber.
Goodyear makes chloroprene.
President Biden has advanced such rules changes to assist communities burdened by industrial pollution.
