ALLIANCE, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A homicide investigation in Alliance.
City police there say a man was shot dead in the area of Prospect Street and North Mechanic Avenue in the heart of Alliance late Thursday afternoon.
They say a suspect was arrested, according to JordanMillerNews.
