Missing Alliance Youngster ‘Recovered Safely’

ALLIANCE, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A 2-year-old from Alliance has been “safely recovered”, according to the city’s police department.
They had been looking for Cole Smart who was taken by 33-year-old Nicole Middleton Saturday night.
She’s the child’s non-custodial mother.
