Timken Finalizes Acquisition

NORTH CANTON (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – The Timken Company has made a long awaited transaction official today. The global leader in engineered bearings and power transmission products announced acquisition of BEKA Lubrication, a leading global supplier of automatic lubrication systems, for approximately $165 million. BEKA is a leading global supplier of automatic lubrication systems whose sales are expected to be approximately $135 million for the full year 2019. The sale positions Timken as the world’s second largest producer of industrial automatic lubrication systems.
