Canton Man Sentenced in Fatal Crash a Year Ago

A fatal crash in Canton Township last January took the life of 23-year old Kyle Gill. Now, the driver, 26-year old Tyler Scullion will spend a year in prison for causing that crash. Gill was a passenger in Scullion’s car. Scullion pleaded no contest to aggravated vehicular homicde, OVI, reckless driving and speeding. His driver’s license has been suspended for life.
