Republican Strategist Gives Tips on What to Look for at Dem Debate Tonight

Political Observer, Ed Martin was a guest on the Gary Rivers Show Tuesday morning, to explain keys to tonight’s debate in Detroit.

This week the flock of Democratic hopefuls for president gathers in Detroit for round two.  Martin said the first event seemed more like a reality tv game show, but a few of the candidates stood out.  He looks for more of the same this week.

Ed Martin is a lawyer with advanced degrees, New York Times best-selling author, and the president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles.

In 2016 he co-authored with Phyllis Schlafly and Brett Decker the bestseller The Conservative Case for Trump. He has since authored multiple books on the Trump administration and their place in the conservative movement.

When and where are the debates?

CNN is airing the Democratic National Committee-sanctioned debates live from the Fox Theatre in Detroit at 8 p.m. on July 30 and 31.

Who are the debate moderators?

CNN’s Dana Bash, Don Lemon and Jake Tapper will serve as the moderators for both debates.
