Walmart Sausage Recall

There’s a recall for Great Value Fully Cooked Original Pork Sausage Patties and Fully Cooked Original Breakfast Turkey Patties sold at Walmart because of possible Salmonella contamination.

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service approximately 64-hundred pounds of ready-to-eat pork sausage patty and turkey sausage patty products were recalled on Friday. These items were shipped to retail locations nationwide.

The products were produced in Tennesee.

The following products are included in this recall:

* 24.92-oz. packages containing “Great Value Fully Cooked Original Pork Sausage Patties” with use by date of 10/16/19 and lot code 1091971894.
