What is the “Boots on the Ground” initiative?

John D. Ferrero, Stark County Prosecutor, announced that CIRV (Community Initiative to Reduce Violence) in collaboration with Stark MHAR (Mental Health and Addiction Recovery) will be hosting a “Boots on the Ground” community outreach on Saturday October 31st in the City of Canton during Trick or Treat time from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm in all four quadrants of the city.
