Another Pedestrian Crash – this one Fatal

A 65-year-old Canton man was killed in a car/pedestrian crash in the village of Meyers Lake early yesterday morning: the Stark County Sheriff’s Office says Wilburn Martin was walking in the middle of 13th Street NW at one in the morning when he was struck by a pickup truck; it’s believed the driver cooperated with deputies and was not injured… Martin was dead at the scene.
